1. Hourly rate

Services are billed at an hourly rate. See hourly rate pricing here.

2. Special Projects 

Brief Katie Grace on your project, specifying your particular needs and deadline. You will quickly receive a quote to complete the job for you. Request a consultation.

3. Retainer for long term service 

Katie Grace at your service? Katie provides onsite dedicated support to clients requiring a specific number of hours a week for periods of one month to twelve months or longer, request a consultation to discuss your particular business need and pricing.



1. How do I book with you?


Easy! Just call or email me with your request and we can take it from there. I aim to respond within approximately two hours. If your request is a one off, then we don’t need a formal agreement. However, a deposit is requested from all new clients.


After receiving your request, I will send you an electronic cost and delivery time/date estimate and, if determined, a deposit invoice. If your request is over a number of hours, then a small agreement will be added to your estimate. Once accepted I will begin work. 


2. How do I pay you?


Sure! Whether it’s a deposit or completion of work, I will send you an electronic invoice. Payment terms are seven days and you can pay instantly by bank transfer or credit card.

3. How do I cancel with you?


No problem! Just email or text me and I will end the contract, no questions asked. Deposits are non-refundable and pre-paid hours can be kept in credit to be used at a later date.


Cancellation of large projects go into effect immediately with no further charges. The deposit taken for the project is non-refundable.


4. My job is urgent?


Need something done ASAP? No problem. Text or call me and I will quote for the work and let you know when you will have it completed by.


5. How do we communicate and share documentation?


Applications like Teamwork.com, Dropbox, Google Drive and Skype, phone, email.

6. Who do you work with?


My clients range from small to large private business owners and managers. All of my clients are managed behind the scenes in order of priority and nothing impacts my commitments to each client.


7. Will you meet with me onsite?


Sure. Some jobs need more information and face to face meetings are easily managed. Time and travel costs are included in my invoice.


8. How do you retain and protect my confidential information?


All documentation is backed up to a private server and all client details and information are kept confidential to Katie Grace.


9. How do you keep me updated on my tasks?


Two ways. I can use Teamwork.com, an app that you are able to log into and check the status of the tasks you have requested of me. Or I will send you an email update daily/weekly with the status of each request.


10. I’ve never used an Assistant before, how do I do it?


Simple. Have what you wish achieved clear in your mind, with a deadline and expectations of how it will ideally work out, then call or email me and throw caution to the wind! Start by having me do smaller jobs until you are comfortable with how we work together.


11. Can you communicate directly with my clients, suppliers, family on my behalf?


Yes, my clients often need me to represent them to a third party. It often saves them time and gets the job done more quickly.

12. Why would I use Katie Grace?

You only pay for what you need. You don't have to pay me Annual Leave, Sick Leave or Super. Once the work is finished, so is the commitment to each other. Easy!


  • Hourly rate work may require a 50% deposit

  • Deposits are requested within 24 hours and balances are asked to be paid within seven days of invoice

  • Special projects may require payment up front and additional time remaining is valid for one month from engagement date

  • All cancelled special projects within 24 hours will receive a full refund

  • GST is applicable to all rates

  • The standard hourly rate for Katie Grace’s services onsite is $65 (ex GST) and remotely $60 (ex GST)

  • Any additional costs incurred, including telephone calls, specific printing or stationery costs will be added to your invoice
